Non Zero App

By downloading or using the Non Zero app (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the App

Course Organiser is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App to track courses, study sessions, and learning progress for your own purposes.

You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

2. License

Non Zero is licensed to you, not sold. Apple grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms and these Terms of Service.

3. Accounts & Data

Your app data is associated with your Apple ID and may be synchronized across devices using iCloud. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple account.

4. Subscriptions & One Time Purchases

Non Zero offers optional paid subscriptions and one-time purchases that unlock additional features.

• Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple through the App Store
• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your App Store account settings
• Certain features can alternatively be unlocked permanently for a one-time fee
• All purchases are processed securely by Apple via the App Store
• Pricing and subscription terms are displayed in the App

Many features remain available free of charge.

5. Availability & Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Non Zero App, including the App design, code, branding, and content, are owned by Seymour Terrier.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the App except as permitted by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Non Zero app for unlawful purposes or in a way that could harm others or the App’s operation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seymour Terrier and Mark Brenchley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
